This is a unique feature to our team not found with many, if any, other local real estate teams.
Our second disrupter is Elizabeth's negotiating prowess; As a former law enforcement officer, Elizabeth is no stranger to tough conversations and strong negotiating; She brings this skill with her to each and every transaction, serving our clients at the highest capacity-- if she could talk someone into handcuffs willingly, she can negotiate strategically for you too!
Our third disrupter is the use of social media, video and the power of the internet to effectively market and hunt for your buyer or your perfect dream home. Utilizing traditional tools as well as new, state-of-the-art tech, AI and good old fashioned networking, Elizabeth melds these tools and skills together to maximize your sale and nail your next purchase.
